The Secrets

Time travelers, here’s some tips I’ve learned.

• When you’re about to time travel, take deep breaths. It helps to stay calm.
• Find something that grounds you in the present, like a favorite toy or a photo.
• Talk to someone you trust about your travels; sharing helps reduce the stress.
• Practice relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation. They really help.

And Dinos - I know you’re out there - so here’s a few things for you.

• When I’m cave-kidding around, don’t threaten me with taking away stuff. That just gets more cave-kid action.
• Keep it cool… no anger, sadness or even laughing. I’m not into feeling any of that stuff right now.
• In fact, just keep your space. Don’t come at me, or I’ll fight ya.
• If I’m breaking stuff, try to keep it to things that don’t matter so much like cardboard boxes. Take away any of that new technology, because cave-kid has no need for that.
• And lastly, don’t take anything I say too personally - cave-kid tends to get carried away and doesn’t always understand all the things they say.
