Tater Tot Hash Browns
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Oil
Directions:
- Heat griddle to 375-400 degrees.
- Put frozen tots in the microwave for 2 minutes to soften them up.
- Put a thin layer of oil on the griddle and then add tots.
- Chop the tots up and then separate them into two piles, adding more oil.
- Sprinkle each pile of tots with everything bagel seasoning.
- Leave them undisturbed for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Once the sides are crispy, flip the large tater tot pancake over and cook for another 6 to 8 minutes.
- Finish cooking the rest of your breakfast, then plate everything up and enjoy.
- If the tot hash browns finish too soon, cut off one burner and use it as a warming area.
