Sausage Hash Brown Scramble

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. of breakfast sausage
  • 6 hash brown patties
  • 6 eggs, beaten with some water
  • 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat griddle to 325 degrees. Add a small amount of oil.
  2. Place hash brown patties onto griddle, flipping every few minutes.
  3. Cook sausage for 10 minutes until no longer pink, chopping it up with a spatula.
  4. Scrape off as much sausage grease as you can, then slowly pour eggs directly on the sausage. Add salt and pepper at this time.
  5. Scramble eggs with sausage until they are set, then add in shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Plate up and enjoy! If you’re feeling adventurous, add some chives and a Bloody Mary.
