Sausage Hash Brown Scramble
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. of breakfast sausage
- 6 hash brown patties
- 6 eggs, beaten with some water
- 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Heat griddle to 325 degrees. Add a small amount of oil.
- Place hash brown patties onto griddle, flipping every few minutes.
- Cook sausage for 10 minutes until no longer pink, chopping it up with a spatula.
- Scrape off as much sausage grease as you can, then slowly pour eggs directly on the sausage. Add salt and pepper at this time.
- Scramble eggs with sausage until they are set, then add in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Plate up and enjoy! If you’re feeling adventurous, add some chives and a Bloody Mary.
