Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • Pancake mix
  • Water
  • Butter
  • Oil

Directions:

  1. Heat griddle to 350 to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine dry pancake mix with water according to box instructions, and let sit for 10 minutes. Letting it sit is key.
  3. Spread a thin layer of oil or butter on the griddle.
  4. Ladle batter onto the griddle. After 90 seconds or when the sides start to bubble, flip your pancakes.
  5. Cook for another minute, then plate.
  6. Serve with syrup, fruit, or a mimosa; whatever you like.
