Pancakes
Ingredients:
- Pancake mix
- Water
- Butter
- Oil
Directions:
- Heat griddle to 350 to 375 degrees.
- Combine dry pancake mix with water according to box instructions, and let sit for 10 minutes. Letting it sit is key.
- Spread a thin layer of oil or butter on the griddle.
- Ladle batter onto the griddle. After 90 seconds or when the sides start to bubble, flip your pancakes.
- Cook for another minute, then plate.
- Serve with syrup, fruit, or a mimosa; whatever you like.
