Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients:
- 30 oz. frozen shredded hash browns
- 8 oz. melted butter
- 10 oz. can cream of chicken
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups Colby cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pull out the hashbrowns and let them defrost a bit in a colander.
- Melt the butter, and then mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Reserve about 1/4 of the cheese to put on top.
- Spread all the ingredients into a greased 9×13 pan.
- Bake in the oven for 50 minutes to an hour or until golden brown.
- For a real treat, save the leftovers and throw them on the griddle next time you make breakfast.
