Diner Style Omelet

Ingredients:

  • Oil or butter
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Diced meat
  • Diced veggies
  • Cheese of choice

Directions:

  1. Heat griddle between 300 and 325 degrees. Always make your omelets last. Cook your potatoes, bacon, and pancakes first.
  2. Don’t be afraid to use extra oil to prevent the eggs from sticking.
  3. Put your diced veggies and meat on the griddle and sauté them for a few minutes before adding the eggs.
  4. Slowly pour your beaten eggs on the griddle, letting them spread out and cook.
  5. After about 2 minutes, your eggs should set up.
  6. Add your fillings and cheese, then fold your eggs into a rectangle.
  7. It’s okay if the eggs are still a little wet on the inside; they will continue to cook with residual heat.
  8. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy!
