Diner Style Omelet
Ingredients:
- Oil or butter
- Scrambled eggs
- Diced meat
- Diced veggies
- Cheese of choice
Directions:
- Heat griddle between 300 and 325 degrees. Always make your omelets last. Cook your potatoes, bacon, and pancakes first.
- Don’t be afraid to use extra oil to prevent the eggs from sticking.
- Put your diced veggies and meat on the griddle and sauté them for a few minutes before adding the eggs.
- Slowly pour your beaten eggs on the griddle, letting them spread out and cook.
- After about 2 minutes, your eggs should set up.
- Add your fillings and cheese, then fold your eggs into a rectangle.
- It’s okay if the eggs are still a little wet on the inside; they will continue to cook with residual heat.
- Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy!
