Crispy Hash Browns

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen shredded hash browns per person
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Directions:

  1. Heat griddle to 375 degrees.
  2. Place oil on the griddle, then evenly spread 1 cup of hash browns.
  3. Add more oil on top of hash browns, then place a press on top.
  4. Do not touch the potatoes. Cook for 6 minutes, then flip.
  5. Cook for 4 more minutes on the other side.
  6. Fry up some eggs and bacon to go with them and enjoy! Oh, and maybe a Mimosa too.

Notes:

Don’t be shy with the oil, that’s how they get crispy.
