Crispy Hash Browns
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen shredded hash browns per person
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions:
- Heat griddle to 375 degrees.
- Place oil on the griddle, then evenly spread 1 cup of hash browns.
- Add more oil on top of hash browns, then place a press on top.
- Do not touch the potatoes. Cook for 6 minutes, then flip.
- Cook for 4 more minutes on the other side.
- Fry up some eggs and bacon to go with them and enjoy! Oh, and maybe a Mimosa too.
Notes:
Don’t be shy with the oil, that’s how they get crispy.
