Bagel, Egg, Hash Brown Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 bagels
- 1/8 cup onion, diced
- 1/8 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/4 lbs. ground sausage
- 3 eggs, scrambled
- 2 hash brown patties
- 2 slices American cheese
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Heat griddle to 350-375 degrees.
- Place hash browns on the griddle, flipping regularly.
- Sauté veggies for a few minutes, then add the sausage.
- Once the sausage is cooked through, remove as much grease as possible, then pour the eggs right on top of the sausage and veggies.
- Add cheese, then move it all to the warming zone.
- Toast bagels on the griddle, then assemble the sandwich with the egg mixture, hash brown, and hot sauce.
- Enjoy!
