Bagel, Egg, Hash Brown Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 bagels
  • 1/8 cup onion, diced
  • 1/8 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 lbs. ground sausage
  • 3 eggs, scrambled
  • 2 hash brown patties
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat griddle to 350-375 degrees.
  2. Place hash browns on the griddle, flipping regularly.
  3. Sauté veggies for a few minutes, then add the sausage.
  4. Once the sausage is cooked through, remove as much grease as possible, then pour the eggs right on top of the sausage and veggies.
  5. Add cheese, then move it all to the warming zone.
  6. Toast bagels on the griddle, then assemble the sandwich with the egg mixture, hash brown, and hot sauce.
  7. Enjoy!
